The Report for Safety campaign aims to identify the opportunities and barriers related to the reporting of safety concerns and to understand the reasons why people do or do not report high potential incidents (HPIs), near misses and early warning signs and to understand the resources industry's safety reporting practices.
The Commissioner for Resources Safety and Health will be engaging with resources industry stakeholders across Queensland to hear about their experiences when raising safety and health concerns.
